This section, entitled "Privacy Policy," is intended to inform you about how the personal information you communicate to us—on our website, in our hotels, or by any other means—is processed.
Hotel Maison Nô is committed to processing the data you entrust to us in a transparent, confidential, and secure manner.
In processing your personal data, Hotel Maison Nô recognizes the importance of ensuring the protection and security of your privacy and personal data, and has established this "Privacy Policy" section in compliance with the strictest personal data protection criteria, as well as all applicable regulations, notably Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR") which entered into force on May 25, 2018.

5.1 - Right of access and communication of your personal data:
You have the right to obtain confirmation from Hotel Maison Nô as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where applicable, the right to access your personal data. Upon request, Hotel Maison Nô will provide you with a copy of your personal data undergoing processing free of charge. The provision of additional copies requested may incur administrative fees.
5.2 - Right to portability of your personal data:
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you provided to Hotel Maison Nô in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller.
5.3 - Right to rectification of your personal data:

Hotel Maison Nô undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, objection, or any other additional request for information within a reasonable timeframe, which shall not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
