5.1 - Right of access and communication of your personal data:
You have the right to obtain confirmation from Hotel Maison Nô as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where applicable, the right to access your personal data. Upon request, Hotel Maison Nô will provide you with a copy of your personal data undergoing processing free of charge. The provision of additional copies requested may incur administrative fees.

5.2 - Right to portability of your personal data:
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you provided to Hotel Maison Nô in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller.

5.3 - Right to rectification of your personal data:
You have the right to request Hotel Maison Nô to correct your personal data if it is inaccurate. In the event of data correction, Hotel Maison Nô undertakes to notify each recipient to whom the corrected data was transmitted.

6. Response Times
Any request regarding the communication, portability, rectification, erasure, or objection to the processing of your personal data must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and specify the address at which Hotel Maison Nô may contact the applicant.

Hotel Maison Nô undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, objection, or any other additional request for information within a reasonable timeframe, which shall not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7. Personal Data Breaches
In the event of a breach of your personal data, Hotel Maison Nô undertakes to notify the CNIL under the conditions prescribed by the GDPR.
